The AD7533 is a low cost, 10-bit, 4-quadrant multiplying DAC manufactured using an advanced thin-film-on-monolithicCMOS wafer fabrication process. Pin and function equivalent to the AD7520 industry standard, the AD7533 is recommended as a lower cost alternative for old AD7520 sockets or new 10-bit DAC designs. AD7533 application flexibility is demonstrated by its ability to interface to TTL or CMOS, operate on 5 V to 15 V power, and provide proper binary scaling for reference inputs of either positive or negative polarity.

They are designed for balanced transmission lines and comply with ANSI/TIA/EIA-485-A-98 and ISO 8482:1987(E). The devices integrate Analog Devices, Inc.,iCoupler® technologyto combine a 3-channel isolator, a three-state differential line driver,a differential input receiver, and Analog DevicesisoPower® dc-to-dc converter into a single package. The devices are powered by a single 5 V or 3.3 V supply, realizing a fully integrated signal and power isolated RS-485 solution.The ADM2582E/ADM2587E driver has an active high enable. An active low receiver enable is also provided, which causes the receiver output to enter a high impedance state when disabled.The devices have current limiting and thermal shutdown features to protect against output short circuits and situations where bus contention may cause excessive power dissipation. The parts are fully specified over the industrial temperature range and are available in a highly integrated, 20-lead, wide-bodySOIC package.The ADM2582E/ADM2587E contain isoPower technology thatuses high frequency switching elements to transfer power throughthe transformer. GENERAL DESCRIPTION The AD9850 is a highly integrated device that uses advanced DDS technology coupled with an internal high speed, high performance D/A converter and comparator to form a complete, digitally programmable frequency synthesizer and clock generator function. When referenced to an accurate clock source, the AD9850 generates a spectrally pure, frequency/phase programmable, analog output sine wave. This sine wave can be used directly as a frequency source, or it can be converted to a square wave for agile-clock generator applications. The AD9850’s innovative high speed DDS core provides a 32-bit frequency tuning word, which results in an output tuning resolution of 0.0291 Hz for a 125 MHz reference clock input. The AD9850’s circuit architecture allows the generation of output frequencies of up to one-half the reference clock frequency (or 62.5 MHz), and the output frequency can be digitally changed (asynchronously) at a rate of up to 23 million new frequencies per second. The device also provides five bits of digitally controlled phase modulation, which enables phase shifting of its output in increments of 180°, 90°, 45°, 22.5°, 11.25°, and any combination thereof. The AD9850 also contains a high speed comparator that can be configured to accept the (externally) filtered output of the DAC to generate a low jitter square wave output. This facilitates the device’s use as an agile clock generator function. The frequency tuning, control, and phase modulation words are loaded into the AD9850 via a parallel byte or serial loading format. The parallel load format consists of five iterative loads of an 8-bit control word (byte). The first byte controls phase modulation, power-down enable, and loading format; Bytes 2 to 5 comprise the 32-bit frequency tuning word. Serial loading is accomplished via a 40-bit serial data stream on a single pin. The AD9850 Complete DDS uses advanced CMOS technology to provide this breakthrough level of functionality and performance on just 155 mW of power dissipation (3.3 V supply). Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives, such as optocoupler devices. Configured as a pin-compatible replacement for existing high speed optocouplers, the ADuM3100 supports data rates as high as 25 Mbps and 100 Mbps. The ADuM3100 operates with a voltage supply ranging from 3.0 V to 5.5 V, boasts a propagation delay of <18 ns and an edge asymmetry of <2 ns, and is compatible with temperatures up to 105°C. Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limiting Portable Computers Battery-Powered Systems Battery Charger Distributed Power The LT ® 1375/LT1376 are 500kHz monolithic buck mode switching regulators. A 1.5A switch is included on the die along with all the necessary oscillator, control and logic circuitry. High switching frequency allows a considerable reduction in the size of external components. The topology is current mode for fast transient response and good loop stability. Both fixed output voltage and adjustable parts are available. A special high speed bipolar process and new design techniques achieve high efficiency at high switching frequency. Efficiency is maintained over a wide output current range by using the output to bias the circuitry and by utilizing a supply boost capacitor to saturate the power switch. A shutdown signal will reduce supply current to 20µA on both parts. The LT1375 can be externally synchronized from 580kHz to 900kHz with logic level inputs. The LT1375/LT1376 fit into standard 8-pin PDIP and SO packages, as well as a fused lead 16-pin SO with much lower thermal resistance. Full cycle-by-cycle short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown are provided. Standard surface mount external parts are used, including the inductor and capacitors. The AD7798/AD7799 contains a low noise, 16-/24-bit ∑-??? ADC with three differential analog inputs. The on-chip, low noise instrumentation amplifier means that signals of small amplitude can be interfaced directly to the ADC. Like the AD847, it provides high speed, low power performance at low cost. The AD827 achieves a 300 V/µs slew rate and 50 MHz unity-gain bandwidth while consuming only 100 mW when operating from ±5 volt power supplies. Performance is specified for operation using ±5 V to ±15 V power supplies. The AD827 offers an open-loop gain of 3,500 V/V into 500 ??? loads. It also features a low input voltage noise of 15 nV/√Hz, and a low input offset voltage of 2 mV maximum. Commonmode rejection ratio is a minimum of 80 dB. Power supply rejection ratio is maintained at better than 20 dB with input frequencies as high as 1 MHz, thus minimizing noise feedthrough from switching power supplies. The AD827 is also ideal for use in demanding video applications, driving coaxial cables with less than 0.04% differential gain and 0.19° differential phase errors for 643 mV p-p into a 75 ??? reverse terminated cable. The AD827 is also useful in multichannel, high speed data conversion systems where its fast (120 ns to 0.1%) settling time is of importance. In such applications, the AD827 serves as an input buffer for 8-bit to 10-bit A/D converters and as an output amplifier for high speed D/A converters.

Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technologies, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives, such as optocouplers. By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers. The typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. The need for external drivers and other discrete components is eliminated with these iCoupler products. Furthermore, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one-sixth the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates. The ADuM1200/ADuM1201 isolators provide two independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates (see the Ordering Guide). Both devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling a voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. In addition, the ADuM1200/ADuM1201 provide low pulse width distortion (<3 ns for CR grade) and tight channelto-channel matching (<3 ns for CR grade). Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, the ADuM1200/ADuM1201 isolators have a patented refresh feature that ensures dc correctness in the absence of input logic transitions and during powerup/power-down conditions. They produce a high level (5 mV/°C) output directly from a thermocouple signal by combining an ice point reference with a precalibrated amplifier. They can be used as standalone thermometers or as switched output setpoint controllers using a fixed or remote setpoint control. The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 can be powered from a single-ended supply (less than 3 V) and can measure temperatures below 0°C by offsetting the reference input. To minimize selfheating, an unloaded AD849x typically operates with a total supply current of 180 μA, but it is also capable of delivering in excess of ±5 mA to a load. The AD8494 and AD8496 are precalibrated by laser wafer trimming to match the characteristics of J type (iron-constantan) thermocouples; the AD8495 and AD8497 are laser trimmed to match the characteristics of K type (chromel-alumel) thermocouples. It offers the performance of a high speed op amp combined with the advantages of a precision op amp in a single package. The OP467 is an ideal choice for applications where, traditionally, more than one op amp was used to achieve this level of speed and precision. The internal compensation of the OP467 ensures stable unitygain operation, and it can drive large capacitive loads without oscillation. With a gain bandwidth product of 28 MHz driving a 30 pF load, output slew rate is 170 V/μs, and settling time to 0.01% in less than 200 ns, the OP467 provides excellent dynamic accuracy in high speed data acquisition systems. The channel-to-channel separation is typically 60 dB at 10 MHz. The dc performance of the OP467 includes less than 0.5 mV of offset, a voltage noise density below 6 nV/√Hz, and a total supply current under 10 mA. The common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is typically 85 dB. The power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) is typically 107 dB. PSRR is maintained to better than 40 dB with input frequencies as high as 1 MHz. The low offset and drift plus high speed and low noise make the OP467 usable in applications such as high speed detectors and instrumentation. The OP467 is specified for operation from ±5 V to ±15 V over the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) and is available in a 14-lead PDIP, a 14-lead CERDIP, a 16-lead SOIC, and a 20-terminal LCC.
